創業天保五年、梅を育てて五代目
天保五年の創業以来、私たちは「味の追及」はもとより「安心、安全、健康、そしてつくり手の心が伝わる梅づくり」を続けてまいりました。栽培から加工までをモットーに、伝統の中から培われた良いものを次世代に伝授しながら、健康産業の一翼を担うべく、梅を通じて社会への活動を行っています。
Since our foundation in 1834, we have continued to seek not only “taste”, but also “trust, safety, health, and products that communicate the heart of the producer.”We teach the next generation good elements cultivated from our tradition, and we play an important role in the health industry through social project.
